Our small-group lifting and speed & agility programs are designed to help young athletes become more explosive, balanced, and resilient. With a focus on proper technique and personalized guidance, we create an environment where athletes can build the strength and power needed to excel in their sport. Whether it's increasing speed, improving coordination, or gaining the edge in competition, our programs ensure that every athlete can reach their full potential.
IRON HOUR $30/SESSION
Strength & Conditioning Class ran by Hank Dodson. Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.
Athletes will be put through a specific training program built for rotational athletes who want to move better, hit harder and throw with intent. This class focuses on developing total-body strength, rotational power, speed and durability.
