Day 1 will be offensive development. From 6:00-8:00 players will be ran through stations with detailed drill work, swing mechanics, approach and situational hitting. We will cover how to prepare for different game scenarios, develop a plan at the plate and translate cage work into in-game results.

Day 2 will be a defensive specific on field work day. From 10:00-12:00, players will rotate through multiple stations focused on position specific fielding, footwork, throwing and game-ready defensive skills. This day is all about movement quality, reps and applying fundamentals in live field settings.
